Bio
Iesha Jackson was named an assistant coach at Dallas College North Lake in 2022.
In 2024-25, North Lake went 16-15 overall, 11-4 in the Dallas Athletic Conference. The Blazers bowed out in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III South Central District semifinals. North Lake beat No. 10 Dallas College Richland to end the regular season. Autavius Hobbs was a First Team All-DAC selection, and Anden Holmes was a Second Team All-DAC pick.
Jackson was part of a staff that guided North Lake to the NJCAA Division III national championship in 2023-24. The Blazers went 29-4 overall, 10-0 in the DAC to win the league regular season title. North Lake also captured the NJCAA Division III South Central District championship. The Blazers won 23 straight games, and went 16-0 at home. They were ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA Division III poll most of the season.
In her first season in 2022-23, she was a member of a coaching staff that went 25-8 overall, 10-0 in the DAC in 2022-23, earning a trip to the NJCAA Division III Tournament. The Blazers went 16-0 at home, while running off 21 consecutive wins and captured the DAC regular season and NJCAA Division III South Central District titles.
Jackson also coaches girls club basketball in the Dallas area.
